My career has evolved over the years in running Investment Banking Operations, Regulatory Reporting, delivering large-scale tech (automation, advanced analytics, SaaS platform/core banking system) changes, business/tech/process consulting & most importantly coaching, mentoring & nurturing talent. I worked in different parts of the world and directly managed, partnered & led various teams with diverse cultures. Held senior leadership roles in Top Tier Global Banks and partnered with various stakeholders from Junior most to VPs/EDs/MDs/CTOs/CXOs to deliver shared organizational objectives. My stakeholders often call me ‘Pragmatic & Eternal Optimist’ as I believe in creating a viable & and achievable commercial construct. Though I up-skilled myself in Data Science, Neuro-linguistic programming, Agile, and Prince2 theories, I have gained proficiency in these skills ‘ hands-on’ at work.
