This is for you if…

• Internship windows are closing and you still have zero shortlists while your classmates keep landing interviews
• You aren’t sure whether the gap is in your CV, your pitch, or your networking strategy
• You want a clear action plan that boosts your odds within the next two to three weeks

Purpose

Demystify how SIP recruiters screen candidates, tighten every part of your application funnel, and get your name onto the shortlist pile- fast

What we’ll cover

1. Recruiter playbook : understand screening filters, and the “auto-reject” triggers most students overlook
2. Networking script : craft concise LinkedIn messages and coffee-chat asks that actually get answered
3. Pitch practice : rehearse a 60-second “Why me, why this firm” story and tighten the follow-up questions you’ll ask in interviews- we discuss and write this answer for you
4. Live projects or internships : What makes sense for you? Align the choice with your broader career lens
5. CV gaps : Where does the gap lie? Few quick inputs to increase your chances of a shortlist (need to bring a CV for screen share)

Deliverables from my end:

1. Get you company specific answers for: a) Why me? b) Why this company?
2. A short and crisp answer to the most important quesiton of any interview- 'Introduce yourself'
3. What all needs to be changed on your CV? Error highlights and places of rework- with examples for the candidate to draw inspiration
