Great vision without great people is irrelevant, it's all about having the right people onboarded on the bus and they drive you to the right destination. I've more than 13+ years of experience in the Indian startup ecosystem and currently lead engineering, design and platform product teams for Zoomcar. Nearly half of my career journey has been with Zoomcar, where I've led and built individual teams and moved on to head the engineering team to deliver excellent products with agility. I'm lucky to have experienced the 0->1 journey a few times at Zoomcar itself, first scaling the owned-inventory business, then building a multimodal mobility rental business of cycles and electric scooters enabled through IoT devices and now scaling the car-sharing marketplace business across emerging markets in India, SEA and MENA regions. What keeps me going daily? It's building anti-fragile platforms and teams, that imbibe resiliency as their foundational principle. I love brainstorming problems and guiding individuals in their mid-career journey in Engineering, Product and Design on how to level up.
