This is Vishal, based out of Gurgaon, currently working as a Product Manager with Nupay, a Gurgaon-based B2B Fintech, leading a SaaS-based Embedded Finance Platform (i.e Lending Stack). I have close to 6 years of work experience in the Fintech space. Started my profession journey as a debt syndication manager, and worked closely with the co-founders to raise debt for mid and large-size corporations for about 5-6 months, have worked on LRD/HAM/NPA Sale. Thereafter, I transitioned into the product role, spearheaded a team of developers to create new products and services on web and android apps, sourcing Loans, P2P investment, and overviewing the collection business as well. In my second stint, I worked with a Delhi-based Gold Loan Fintech as a Sr. Product Manager, built the Agent app for valuation and disbursal of Gold Loan, and managed multiple cross platform integrations across different platforms eg. CRM/LMS/Agent App/PG. In my current role, I've honed my skills in strategizing product roadmaps, conducting user-centric research, and fostering stakeholder collaboration. I've orchestrated the entire development of a comprehensive lending stack roadmap with 40+ product integrations, standardised loan journeys and implemented a Business Rule Engine to enhance throughput and drive conversions.
