Hi, I’m Vishal Kapse, Founder of CtrlX. I help leaders Ctrl+X the friction in their business. For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of change, innovation, and operational excellence. At GE and HSBC, I led global business transformation programmes across 15+ countries. I worked with CXOs to design and deploy global operating models that improved customer experience, increased revenue and reduced cost in measurable, sustainable ways. Later, as SVP of Process Excellence at Firstsource, I spearheaded a transformational initiative aimed at fostering an enterprise-wide culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Across industries, I saw one pattern repeat: Transformation doesn’t fail because leaders lack intent. It fails because clarity gets buried and ownership gets diluted. That insight led to CtrlX®. I was among the early practitioners to pioneer LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® for leadership workshops in India. I am also a Certified BOX® Facilitator, using it as a breakthrough experience where leaders uncover hidden assumptions, release limiting beliefs, and unlock fresh ways of thinking. These aren’t creative gimmicks. They are structured, outcome-driven methods that break thinking patterns in ways slides and spreadsheets never will. I use them to help leaders navigate change with confidence. My style is demanding but grounded. Highly facilitative. Deeply practical. When people feel clear, they move faster.
