Have been working for the cause of Women's Mental Health and Well-being, which started from my personal story of being a special needs mom and the challenges faced ever since my child's diagnosis but the undying fire in me to also excel in career left me wondering about the aspirations and dreams of many women whose plans go shattered by a particular personal crisis. Since then, I didn't miss opportunities to support women to overcome stress, helping with decision making for the holistic well-being of themselves and their families. Helping working moms, career moms handle their career aspirations and family happiness with ease and joy is my niche. It's not easy to be excelling at both spheres but you can make it seamless with the right mindset and management techniques. I give Family therapy and Group therapy for families raising a special needs child, women coming out of toxic relationships is close to my heart; Talk Therapy to people suffering from chronic conditions, ailments - who need an empathetic ear to listen to, engage in conversations that can be funny, uplifting, empowering, philosophical or spiritual. I am a changemaker touching lives of people in small, yet impactful ways.
