As an accomplished learning and development professional, I have honed my skills in VBA, advanced Excel, data management and analysis, resource and workforce management, and program management and execution. My passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence has led me to specialize in Lean Six Sigma and kaizen methodologies. Currently, I am an Assistant Manager of Learning and Development in Deloitte's Risk Advisory division, where I support the design and delivery of bespoke programs tailored to business-specific training needs. In addition, I manage the Skill Badges program for Deloitte and drive initiatives to enhance training efficacy. Prior to Deloitte, I was a Senior Consultant of Resource Management at KPMG Global Services, where I reviewed scheduling and workflow reports and drove continuous improvement initiatives across the resource management domain. I also managed the performance and development of my team members while maximizing resource utilization. Before KPMG, I worked as a Workforce Analyst at Amazon Development Centre, where I monitored and analyzed shift responsibilities and operational metrics to ensure the team met daily KPIs. In addition, I mentored and developed my fellow RTAs and was involved in cross-functional projects to improve processes and reduce costs. My professional journey began at Amazon Development Centre as a Sr. Investigation Specialist, where I led a team of Investigation Specialists responsible for processing servicing-related tasks and improving service levels. I also analyzed historical data to develop quality improvement initiatives and implemented career development plans for my team members. I hold an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from Amazon Development Centre.
