I am a counselling psychologist by profession and has been practicing since 2018. I have worked with schools, NGOs, Mental health centres and colleges in the past in the area of emotional health and therapy. I am an alumini of University of Delhi and holds Masters in Psychology as my highest degree.

I employee CBT, Transactional analysis, Dialectical Behavioural therapy & simliar approaches in my practice. My approach is informed by compassionate & Mindfulness practices.
