Hi, I'm Vishal — a chemist with a passion for problem-solving, whether that's in a research lab or on the production floor. My journey has taken me from academic research in organometallic chemistry to industrial research in rubber technology. After earning my PhD from the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion, followed by a postdoc at Utrecht University, I transitioned into industry and now work as an R&D Chemist at Meteor GmbH. Here, I focus on developing and optimizing rubber compounds and production processes — blending my academic knowledge with hands-on application in a fast-paced environment. Over the years, I’ve worked across India, France, Germany, and the Netherlands, gaining not just technical expertise, but also cultural adaptability and teamwork skills. Whether it's training students, leading lab setups, or collaborating on cross-functional projects, I enjoy being part of challenges that require both scientific depth and practical execution.
