I bring a rich blend of expertise in engineering consulting, project management and change management. My experience spans domestic and international clients, with a year spent liaising with Middle East clients for strategic problem solving. I am proficient in understanding client/customer needs, to deliver high-impact solutions aligning with the organisational goals. I implemented quality checks and incorporated digitalization projects, and subsequent change management, for process improvement and increased internal operational efficiency. During MBA, I headed Samavesh-Industry Academica Conclave, a flagship event of PGPM. I was part of Industry Integration Commitee (IICOM), and professional and cultural clubs.
