My qualifications include a BSc in Physics, LLB, Diploma in Computer Application (DCA), and a Diploma in Introduction to People Management. I have four years of dedicated experience in career counseling, and I specialize in helping individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, childhood abuse, trauma, neglect, social isolation, discrimination, stigma, social disadvantage, poverty, bereavement, severe stress, and long-term physical health conditions. In addition to my counseling expertise, I have a keen interest in sociology and psychology, which I actively researched and studied while preparing for the UPSC CSE exams.
