About Me I grew up in a rural area, attending government schools and colleges where opportunities were scarce, and getting a job after graduation seemed like a distant dream. Coming from a family with no history of higher education, I became the first-ever graduate in my family. However, when I graduated, I faced a big challenge—I could hardly speak English. Despite these hurdles, I had one clear goal: to secure a reputable job and make my family proud. In 2014, I achieved a milestone that changed my life—I cracked my first job as an Embedded Software Developer in Bangalore, and I did it on my very first attempt. This achievement not only set a trend in my college but also inspired lot of students and give me opportunity to guide hundreds of students from similar backgrounds to land their dream jobs. Fast forward to today, I work as a Project Manager and Agile Consultant in Eindhoven, the tech hub of the Netherlands. My journey from a small-town student to working in an international tech hub has taught me valuable lessons about resilience, determination, and breaking barriers.
