A Perfect Resume - Doesn't Exist. A resume that can get you the desired job/role/organization can be called a Perfect Resume. You are the best person to write such a resume, so don't be dependent on others.

This package attempts to help aspirants move towards a so-called "Perfect Resume" which means a step closer to their aspirational job/role career move.

This guides aspirants to introspect/brainstorm and create a resume that they can corroborate during the interview process without any self-doubts.

This encapsulates 3 sessions in whole, 2 -30 mins session and 1 - 60 mins session.

Each session is scheduled with a week of gap and the aspirant has one week of buffer in addition.

So a well-blended, self-written resume is for sure a 3 weeks job. Don't take it casually.

Session 1: 30 Mins

• Focuses on reviewing the status as of now on a resume.
• Charting the career trajectory till now.
• Identifying the key roles done till now and helping aspirants list them aptly.
• Identifying aspirational roles/Jobs/organizations.
• Conclusion with a Task for the aspirant.

Session 2: 60 Mins

• Bring back the task outcome and brainstorm.
• Helping to identify Strengths and key achievements in each role/job done.
• Mapping of roles/strengths with aspirational job/role.
• Actual resume creation hands-on by aspirant with key KRAs/Achievements.
• The task for the aspirant is to rewrite the draft and come back with the final copy of the resume in the next session.

Session 3: 30 mins

• Reviewing the resume draft and making the final changes.
• Recommending keyword mapping for search portals/Job boards/LinkedIn.
• Some final hacks for posting/publishing and sending to TA/HR.
