I bring approximately 18 years of comprehensive experience across Design, Verification, Performance Analysis, System Architecture, and Post-Silicon Validation, spanning IP, Sub-System, and SoC levels. My career has been shaped by working with industry-leading companies and several other global MNCs, where I’ve consistently contributed to high-impact product development and innovation.

Throughout my journey, I’ve built deep technical expertise in RTL design, UVM-based verification, system-level performance optimization, and silicon bring-up/debug. I’ve led cross-functional teams, driven complex programs from concept to production, and played a key role in aligning engineering execution with business goals.

In addition to my technical contributions, I’ve actively participated in hiring panels across multiple organizations, helping shape engineering teams by identifying and mentoring top talent. My experience gives me a unique perspective on both the technical and strategic aspects of silicon development, making me well-equipped for senior engineering and leadership roles in cutting-edge technology environments.
