Sir gives detailed feedback on all the OLQs and explains every small point clearly. He takes time to point out both strengths and areas that need improvement. The biggest thing was that he opened my eyes to the right approach for the interview and made me realize where I was going wrong. I would especially recommend taking mock interview session with sir if you're a repeater because the feedback really helps you understand what needs to change before your next SSB.

The session was really helpful and gave lots of insights about how small things and our small actions reflects qualities about us and how the assessors assess us. Had a wonderful session with Vineet Sir. The way he conducted the interview, analyzed my responses, and assessed my Officer Like Qualities (OLQs) was truly exceptional. What impressed me the most was his honest and detailed feedback regarding both my strengths and areas that need improvement. Throughout the session, he patiently addressed every question and doubt I had. He helped me understand my personality, thought process, and performance from an assessor's perspective, which gave me valuable insights for self-introspection.
