Vineet (5+ Year Work Exp) is currently working in the Strategy and Innovation team of Accenture Strategy and Consulting. This team is leading strategy and innovation opportunities in the insurance consulting space and also responsible capability development, offering ideation, cultivating CxO level relationships and collaborating with other Accenture BUs. Before becoming a part of Accenture, he also gained extensive experience in insurance consulting at Capgemini Invent. Prior to joining Capgemini, he has worked in Product & Research Dept. at Star Health Insurance Company. This role require product research, market analysis, product designing and data analysis. Prior to entering in insurance sector, he had completed his MBA in Insurance & Risk Management from National Insurance Academy. During his MBA, he did two internships. One in Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and another one in Micro-insurance Master (Belgium based start-up). These projects played a great role in smooth start in the corporate world. Further, he also participated in various case study competition. He was winner of National Competition of Insurance innovation and also became National Finalist at IIM- Ahmedabad, IIM- Indore & IIT- Bombay. Vineet has deep interest in research and writing about insurance. He has published couple of articles in National Journal. Also shares insurance insights on LinkedIn in simplified version. Vineet aspires to establish in the field of strategic consulting & management and wished to work for ethical and consumer friendly organization that can provide him ample opportunities to gain his full potential and to create something meaningful for the organization as well as for the society
