College to corporate transition

In my experience of mentoring over 50 students, one thing that most students ask me is about working in roles and companies that they want and how to get there. This is a conversation best had when students are in their 3rd year of engineering. With simple hands on work, I have been able to help a lot of students get a role that makes them happy.
