Vinay M. Aradhya is a versatile entrepreneur, Product Leader, and career mentor with over 11 years of experience in digital products across various industries such as Fintech, Telecommunication, Cloud Computing, Gaming, and Healthcare. Currently, he plays a leading role as Principal Product Manager at Thomson Reuters. Vinay's professional journey began as a co-founder of Apex Infotech, a cloud computing company catering to SMBs in the North American market, where he successfully launched products from inception to market release. As a passionate Product Manager with a keen interest in business strategy, he has consulted for multiple startups and SMBs, helping them scale. Vinay extends his expertise as a mentor for aspiring Product Managers through ADPList and The Mentoring Club. Recently, Vinay was selected and invited to join Criya, an invite-only platform for thought leaders, which highlights his influence in the industry. He has given speeches on product management and actively participates in numerous product management communities. Outside of work, Vinay volunteers for various organizations. He has enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Quantic School of Business and Technology, expected to graduate in July 2023. While studying international business management, Vinay volunteered at the Center for Computational Biology for the Hospital for Sick Children, collaborating with scientists and bioinformaticians to aid in new drug discovery. He joined a Toastmasters Chapter to enhance his public speaking and leadership skills. After winning multiple awards for his talks, he was elected as the chapter's president, playing a key role in its success and earning the President's Distinguished Chapter of the Year award. Vinay contributed to data analysis using Matlab in the University of Toronto's Speech Language Pathology lab.
