• Building enterprise scale data products and data-centric applications using modern data platforms having track record of innovation and expertise in Data Engineering • Leading the team of skilled data engineers to design, develop & fine tune high complexity data applications/pipelines on large scale data platforms with an emphasis on performance, reliability and scalability • Working on modernizing and migrating legacy systems onto modern data platforms • Provide technical leadership on conducting POCs and technology adoptions, creating technical knowledge bases, building data teams and mentorship, running internship programs and talent acquisition, drive data science and machine learning initiatives • Provide managerial leadership by implementing agile principles and scrum practices in enterprise scale projects facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams
