I’m Vikram, a Principal Lead Product Manager at Microsoft, where I lead the Sales Co‑pilot—an AI assistant that helps sellers work smarter and close more deals. Over 17+ years, I’ve built products across ads, marketplaces, and partner ecosystems, learning that great product management is less about features and more about clarity, empathy, and shipping value fast. My journey started as a software engineer on Samsung’s mobile OS, moved through Bing Ads and Microsoft’s app install ads platform, and now focuses on AI co‑pilots for business. Along the way, I earned an MBA from IIM Bangalore, filed multiple product patents, and led teams across continents. On topmate.io, I share practical playbooks, career advice, and behind-the-scenes lessons for early-career product managers who want to grow faster and build products people love.
