I have been following Vikas on linkedin from last year and that made me push to connect with him on call. I wanted to know that how i can prepare myself for a PM role in future. Most of our time was spent discussing the project brief and research plan I made for my side project in Service Design. Even though Vikas is not a Service Designer, the feedback he gave me was quite valuable. It provided me with clarity and direction for how to proceed with conducting the research and how I could build on my research findings. I very much enjoyed our chat and would not hesitate in scheduling another meeting with him!
