As a Global Mobility Professional with over 7 years of experience in the Human Resources department, I am responsible for Data Management, reporting and Analysis , and responsible for managing and coordinating international assignments, relocations, and expatriate management for employees of my company. I work closely with HR, legal, and financial teams to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations, and manage the logistics of relocating employees and their families. I also provide support and counseling to employees and their families throughout the international assignment process. Additionally, I work with external vendors to provide relocation services and manage the company's global mobility budget.
