A real interview, then feedback you can act on.
25 minutes of interview, including the ones people fumble: "why HR", "tell me about a difficult stakeholder", "how would you handle a manager who won't cooperate", the case question most HRBP interviews now include, and the situational questions where candidates give textbook answers instead of real ones.
Then 20 minutes of feedback, plus a written scorecard afterwards — how I'd rate you on each dimension, which answers cost you, and what to say instead.
Worth knowing: I interview from a business stakeholder's perspective rather than an HR one. That's usually who actually decides whether you get the HRBP role.
