I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from IIT(BHU). After graduation, I worked in Reliance Industries Limited, as a technologist for just over a year where my main objective was troubleshooting process issues by analyzing data augmented by chemical engineering knowledge. It also groomed me to excel in a disciplined professional environment where every second safety is the priority as stakes are high. To follow my interest in data analytics, I switched to ZS Associates as a business consulting associate. My work revolves around providing data-driven insights and coming up with Incentive Compensation (IC) plans for clients' salesforce.
