Project/Program Management - Complete ownership of the Product engineering, Platform, managing the delivery of the Product to production - Experience in leading cross-functional teams working in parallel development tracks - Planning & execution of Project objectives using agile methodologies - Ensure effective scoping and estimation across projects to produce win-win results - Defining overall program and project metrics/processes to ensure compliance to quality on all client deliverables - Handling both T&M and Fixed Bid projects - Build relationships with program managers across geographies to deliver effectively on distributed delivery projects - Leading, growing, and mentoring people - Create and review reports on status, issues, and risks for circulation to the client and internal stakeholders - Also responsible for keeping the attrition rate lower than the industry standards 2. Technology – Proficient in delivering platform, content technologies, collaboration projects, and other web technologies 3. Commercial Management - Reviewing and tracking the project end Margin - Reviewing and tracking of expenses with respect to the budget and margins 4.
