I have more than 10 years of experience in designing and improving IT infrastructure using DevOps best practices, with a focus on containers, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. I am part of the Web Hosting Engineering team, where I support web middleware application infrastructure on Unix and Windows, participate in weekly change and production on-call rotations, and troubleshoot problems to root cause. I am passionate about DevOps culture and mindset, and I have completed several courses and certifications to enhance my knowledge and skills in this field. I am an OPN Certified Specialist in General Product Support, and I have also earned certificates in DevOps Culture and Mindset from Coursera, and Java/Apache Maven from Udemy.
