How to be a great and impactful manager?

In my 15 years of experience, I have played several roles, from engineer to architect, engineering manager to director of engineering. I also have seen the scale of a startup to a scaleup to a public company. During this time, I have built a startup too. Since then, I have led several new product launches and enterprise scalable platforms. This vantage point has helped me with great learning. I have navigated the early phase of being a manager, and I understand it is difficult to navigate this phase.
