I went on to build a 10+ year career in automobile manufacturing and currently work as a Lead Tooling & Manufacturing Engineer at american automobile Company, delivering global programs across India, Europe, South America, and South Africa. I’ve led engine, vehicle, and EV battery assembly projects, managed $200M+ CAPEX tooling programs, and delivered $28M+ in cost savings through smart engineering and lean manufacturing. I am a PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt with deep hands-on expertise in tooling, assembly process development, digital manufacturing, PPAP, and supplier management. I now mentor students and professionals, especially those from non-metro backgrounds, to break into OEM roles, build the right skills, and grow faster in automobile manufacturing.
