As the Head HR at Biz2Credit & Biz2X, I lead the human resources function for two innovative and fast-growing fintech companies with over 1000 employees across four locations. I have over 17 years of diverse industry experience in sectors such as information technology, banking, finance, media, education, real estate, research, and consulting. My core competencies include driving strategic HR agenda, managing end-to-end HR activities, maintaining healthy employee relations, leading HR transformation projects, partnering with business leaders, and implementing talent acquisition and management initiatives. I am also a certified counselor on Hogan suit of assessment batteries and a recipient of the Bloomberg TV award for 20 Most Talented HR Leaders in India.
