With over 20 years of work experience in the automotive industry, I am an experienced operations leader with a passion for industrial engineering and continuous improvement. I have successfully managed the Phaltan Project for Tata Cummins Limited, a joint venture between Tata Motors and Cummins Inc., where I oversaw the production, quality, maintenance, and logistics of the engine manufacturing plant. I have also worked as a production manager and a plant maintenance manager for Mahindra & Mahindra and Tata Motors, respectively, where I applied my Six Sigma and lean manufacturing skills to optimize the processes, reduce the costs, and improve the customer satisfaction.
