I’m Vigneshwaran, a UAV Senior Engineer and DGCA-Certified Remote Pilot with hands-on experience in industrial, defense, and agricultural drone operations. Over the years, I’ve worked across diverse domains including inspection, testing, R&D, and FPV drone design — combining engineering precision with field expertise. My journey has taken me through roles in flight testing, system integration, payload calibration, and team training, where I’ve also been part of the hiring and evaluation committee for drone pilots and engineers. This exposure helps me understand both the technical expectations and recruiter mindset behind every successful resume. I’m deeply passionate about advancing UAV technology, from custom FPV builds and hybrid endurance models to autonomous mission systems.
