This mock test simulates the real IELTS Writing Test to help you:

🧾 Test Format: 2 Tasks – 60 Minutes Total

📌 Academic Writing Section

Task 1 (150 words minimum – 20 minutes recommended)

You will be presented with a graph, chart, table, map, or process diagram.

Task 2 (250 words minimum – 40 minutes recommended)

You will write an essay in response to a problem, opinion, or argument.

📌 General Training Writing Section

Task 1 (150 words minimum – 20 minutes recommended)

You’ll need to write a letter (formal, semi-formal, or informal) based on a given situation.

Task 2 (250 words minimum – 40 minutes recommended)

Similar to the Academic test, this is an opinion or argument-based essay.

📝 Marking Criteria (4 Key Areas)

Your writing will be assessed based on:

• Task Achievement / Task Response
• Coherence and Cohesion
• Lexical Resource (Vocabulary)
• Grammatical Range and Accuracy
