Here is my own motivation letter (in PDF format), which I have been using for the past five years. Since I am a PhD researcher now, I have fully utilized it, so I am handing it over to you at a price ~10x lower than that of one coffee at Starbucks! :))
Please use it to structure your own SoP/motivation letter instead of copying word by word. You can start by replacing each line with your own info and experiences. Try to break down the letter and notice the pattern in which information is arranged.
