My professional journey is deeply rooted in my passion for psychology. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Gargi College, University of Delhi, and a Master's degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Clinical and Counseling Practice from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. I am currently pursuing my PhD from Christ University (Delhi NCR campus). I am passionate about the seamless integration of psychological principles across diverse fields and am dedicated to applying my skills in interpersonal communication to foster societal well-being. My experience encompasses a broad spectrum of concerns, including life transitions, relationship challenges, work-related stress, self-improvement, trauma-related symptoms, and anxiety. I am especially interested in couple counseling, organizational behavior, and positive psychology. I envision a brighter future for mental health and psychology, both in India and worldwide, and am committed to contributing to this evolving landscape.
