Victoria Garner is a Senior Technical Campus Recruiter at The Walt Disney Company, where she manages the Studio Technology segment, which includes Lucasfilm, Industrial Light & Magic, Walt Disney Animation Studios, and Walt Disney Studios. She leads the full life cycle recruiting process, from consulting and partnering with tech hiring leaders to creating and closing offer packages for intern and early career talent. She is a Professional Scrum Master and a passionate technology enthusiast, who has used her skills in Scrum and project management to elevate Technology Talent Acquisition efforts across Disney. Victoria is also pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, while holding a B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina State University. She has over seven years of experience in technical recruiting, including at Bandwidth, Inc., where she planned and executed various university events and conferences, and managed full-lifecycle recruitment of their intern program. She is actively involved in the community through volunteerism with organizations such as Disney VoluntEARS. She is motivated by finding and developing the best talent for the entertainment industry, and by creating a diverse and inclusive culture within Disney.
