I am a proven leader who has successfully managed Business and P&L multiple times. For the last 6 years, I had been building Tracxn, a SaaS startup, as its founding team member. The company recently went Public. As the Business & Operations Head of tracxn, I defined the product after understanding customer pain points, built company's operations from scratch and managed a team of 500 people. I also led an inside sales team of 70 and was instrumental in making the company profitable. Prior to Tracxn, I launched Mobile Retargeting Business for an AdTech startup called Vizury and was responsible for the growth of its business. Prior to that I had launched Fashion Jewellery business for a beauty and fashion startup called UrbanTouch, which got acquired. I feel passionately about the Indian Startup Ecosystem. Out of 15 years of my professional experience, I have spent 11 years with growing startups in various leadership positions and I hope to keep contribute building some kickass startups.
