Reporting to the Director in India, I am responsible for mapping and initiating HR policies and frame work for IKST India operations. The specifics include: Establishing and maintaining the Human resource policies in sync with Indian framework and Korean guidelines Strategic Hiring and analysis Key role in mapping talent in line with the vision, mission of institute Identifying niche talent across R & D & IT domain Key member in taking decisions from HR end in all virtual and face to face discussions Key interface for HR orientation Developing various employee engagement models Mentor the Admin functions across the projects and part of the team for assignments
