A long, focused working session for people who want a plan, not a pep talk. Three hours gives us room to go deep on your career, your positioning and your next 12 months.

In 3 hours we will:

1. Map where you are, where you want to be in 12 months and what stands in between
2. Work on your story: how you describe your experience in your resume, your profile and interviews
3. Settle the questions you are carrying, such as switching, staying, negotiating or changing the kind of product you work on
4. Write your 12-month plan together, with the first 30 days spelled out
