Was associated with Top Naval Brass for over a decade - former Vice Chief of the Naval Staff, former Chief of Personnel, CPS and the Commandant College of Defence Management, Secunderabad. Effectively managed the Secretariats of Vice Chief of the Naval Staff, Chief of Personnel, Controller of Personnel Services at Intergrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Navy) New Delhi and Personnel & Administration Divisions at Command Headquarters at Western Naval Command Mumbai. At my last leg of Service served as the In-charge Naval Wing at CDM, Secunderabad. Served onboard Indian Naval Warships including the destroyer class of frontline warship, INS Ranjit. Took part in the International Fleet Review (IFR) 2001. Participated in the Naval Operations of OPS PAWAN & OPS VIJAY. Winning team member of 'Indian Navy Volleyball Championships' winner of 3 Gold & 2 Silver medals. A medal winner in 'The Delhi International Half Marathon 2006' and in "Hyderabad Airtel Marathon – Dream run" in the years 2014, 2018 & 2021. In my 2nd Career, I was associated with WaterHealth India for the 'Cause' and 'Purpose' who provides clean, safe drinking water to undeserved communities in rural areas at an affordable price. Was centrally responsible for the HR Function at country level. Effectively managed the core HR activities including Employee Engagement for Corporate and Field Staff. Was associated with an Agribusiness Company at Hyderabad as Head HR & Admin. Currently associated with Pragati Group, Hyderabad as Associate Vice President HR & Business Excellence. Pragati is an ISO certified & IGBC Platinum rated one of its kind Eco Resorts in the Country with more than 45 lakh devine trees and 800 varities of herbal/medicinal plants. It's been recognised by the UNEP as 'the best man made bio-diversity knowledge park'. Believes that empowering & enabling the social development sector in India is need of the hour. Developing entrepreneurial capabilities and capacity building in the rural communities is key for overall socio-economic development of India.
