🌟 As a passionate engineering leader with over 17 years of experience operating on a global scale, I've had exciting opportunities to drive strategic, complex projects and lead R&D teams across multiple BUs. My journey in engineering has always been about more than just technology and projects—it's also about the people I collaborate with, the innovations we bring to life, and the thrill of solving complex problems. I expanded the Observability division outside the US. While overseeing R&D, I managed multiple cross-functional teams that operated from different countries. As a product owner who owned the Engineering roadmap, I supervised the delivery of several releases, each filled with innovative features and platform upgrades. I was also responsible for delivering various services to support the SaaS platform and products. I directed cross-functional engineering teams, including Data Engineering (specialized in Metadata Management and Search), Licensing, and back-office operations. These teams played a significant role in launching the SaaS platform and products.
