I was started as associate in Accenture 2015 in contact based. 2015 i was moved to regular employment in Accenture. I was working in two domain one is US health care process for two years. 2016 to 2019 i worked for OTC cash application process. I was working for Aviation process. initially process started in Oracle and its migrated to SAP HANA tool. 2020 I moved HCL for contract set up and end to end OTC process. I had been there 2 years. I was handing team and semi voice process. Gensis champers its one which used to make the call to the customer about the request or query. 2021 I moved Capgemini. I am handling end to end disputes from sales team to cash app team. 19 people are working associate and senior associates here to run the process.
