I have worked on Pega for several years, and I still picked up quite a few practical debugging techniques from this guide. The production scenarios and step by step approach make it much more useful than random blog posts or documentation. If you work on enterprise Pega applications, this is worth having in your toolkit.

I honestly didn't expect a debugging guide to be this practical. Instead of just explaining Tracer or Clipboard, it teaches you how to think when debugging a production issue. The Constellation and DX API sections were especially useful because that's where many developers struggle today. Definitely a guide I will keep referring back to.

Insightful and very structured support. I reached out to Venkatesh for Pega interview preparation and project deliverable guidance. What stood out was how clearly he explained design decisions, architecture thinking, and how to present real project experience confidently in interviews. His guidance was not just about questions and answers. He helped me understand how panels evaluate senior level candidates, especially around upgrades, DevOps, integrations, and design trade offs. The mock interview sessions were especially helpful in improving my confidence and clarity. On the project side, his inputs on approach, documentation, and best practices were practical and aligned with real enterprise expectations. Highly recommended for anyone preparing for Senior or LSA roles or needing structured support on Pega project delivery.
I am a Pega Lead System Architect with 20 years of IT experience and 17+ years on the Pega platform, working across large scale enterprise implementations, modernization programs, and platform upgrades from Pega 6.x through Pega 24.x.
I have led solution architecture, presales consulting, and delivery for complex Pega programs across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Energy & Utilities. My hands on work spans Pega Constellation (23.x–24.x), large upgrade programs, DevOps pipelines, AI driven decisioning, and GenAI-enabled solution design.
Today, I offer focused 1:1 consulting for senior Pega developers, CSSAs, and aspiring LSAs who struggle to articulate architecture decisions, upgrade strategies, and real world trade offs in senior and LSA interviews.
My sessions are not generic mock interviews. They are structured consulting conversations where we work through real project scenarios, LSA level design thinking, upgrade justification, Constellation readiness, DevOps maturity, and AI/GenAI adoption - exactly what modern enterprise interviews evaluate.
If you already have Pega experience and want to present yourself with the clarity and authority expected from a Senior or Lead System Architect, this consulting is designed for you.
It is definitely worth having a session with him for professionals. I had a session on design approach and Pega upgrade, and his way of designing documentation reflects a highly effective approach.
