• 11 plus years of Industry experience building innovative IT solutions, proven record of architecture, cloud strategies, platform engineering & automation, development and worked in multiple technology stacks such as middleware, Business Intelligence, Business process management, Data & analytics. • Working with senior management such as VP , heads of networking, Identity, security on a day-to-day basis by explaining complex concepts, roadmaps to these diverse stakeholders transforming Adecco’s enterprise cloud operating model & hybrid architecture. • Transforming & building Internal engineering platform team while managing a group of senior cloud & DevOps engineers that is helping different global business units in cloud adoption, security, cost optimizations, AAD integrations, IAM, governance and CI/CD in an agile manner. • Owning Azure landing zones initiative which includes Hub & spoke patterns, spoke automation, improving network security with cloud native solutions, identifying fit for purpose technologies based on Cloud adoption framework and core pillars. • Building future proof container strategy with supporting decision tree mainly focusing on serverless and managed container solutions from Azure, reducing operations overhead & cost. • Working with team of developers, SRE’s on client side (SPA) and server-side rendering architectures (Sitecore & CMS) with cloud native design. • Expert in Web API’s using REST and SOAP standards and good understanding of GraphQL implementation • Consolidating Observability tools and solutions such as Elastic cloud, Dynatrace, Azure insights , working on efficient logging and monitoring strategy and promoting open source solutions wherever possible. • In-depth DevOps experience in designing & handling multiple CI/CD tools (both cloud & enterprise tools) addressing the time to market & DevSecOps gaps. • Possess knowledge & experience in kafka, kinesis, Glue, Athena, EMR, Big data architecture patterns, Ingestion, processing, streaming analytics, data lakes, NoSQL DB and Machine learning.
