As a recent graduate of BCom and MA HRM, I have a strong academic background in human resources management and services, as well as a passion for data-driven decision making. I have completed multiple HR analytics courses and certifications, and I am proficient in MS Excel and Power BI tools. I have also gained valuable real-world experience as an HR intern at three different companies, where I contributed to various HR functions, such as recruiting, induction, training, EPF, attrition, and posh policy. I executed induction for 30+ graduate trainees at Lucas TVS, assisted in corporate recruitment at PVR Limited, and conducted induction and training of new hires at Wheels India Limited.
