Ongoing: Eat, sleep, drink, breath “fitness” day in and day out for the last 9+ years! Earlier, Venkata had built teams of rockstars at RazorPay, Carousell, Oracle, etc owning challenging charters. Over the past 15+ years, he had worked with US, European, Indian, Southeast Asian, and Chinese teams which include the 996 work style during a brief stint on a pivotal project at Alibaba. He has a diverse domain and technological background working across mobile, eCommerce, databases, cloud computing, and enterprise software. Over the years he played a variety of roles, such as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, Developer, Team Leader, Delivery Manager, and Engineering Manager in several Engineering projects. Venkata has experience in handling teams to deliver on time during the toughest of transition times and war room situations. Early in his career he had a brief stint in startups and was an active participant in overnight hackathons, winning some. He did his Masters in Information Technology from the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore.
