I coach and train Scrum Masters — both new and experienced — using the same practices I run day-to-day across enterprise ERP, AI platform, and product delivery engagements at Wipro, Fujitsu, YASH Technologies, Nisum, Brane Enterprises, and Zemoso.

This isn't textbook Scrum theory. It's built from running real sprints for real clients (Stanley Black & Decker, Lexmark, Oki Data, American Water) across regulated, multi-vendor, and cross-functional environments — where ceremonies alone don't cut it and delivery credibility is everything.
