Hello!!! This is Venkat Ramoju. I graduated from IIT Hyderabad with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering along with a minor in economics in 2020. I initially had a keen interest in computer science, but instead, I ended up getting into the civil department. However, I got the highest CGPA in the civil engineering department and secured an Institute silver medal. I worked at Hindustan petroleum corporation in their pipeline division at Rajahmundry booster station for 2.5 years as an ROU officer. It was an operations & managerial role. It gave me a decent exposure about how large public sector organisations work in general. I learnt a lot about people, team management, time management and so on. I chose to pursue higher studies in order to challenge myself and to get out of my comfort zone. Eventually landed up at Indian School of business. I have a strong belief in the importance of lifelong learning and finding joy in the pursuit of one's passions. I firmly believe that learning becomes stronger when we share our knowledge rather than keeping it to ourselves.
