I bring over a decade of experience in the development sector, focused on Quality Education (SDG 4). My journey has taken me from teaching with Teach For India at the grassroots level to working as a consultant alongside senior state officials in India. I hold a Master’s in Public Administration from the National University of Singapore.
Across these roles, one thread has remained constant: helping people think differently, grow beyond constraints, and create meaningful change, whether that was in classrooms, with teachers, or within government systems.
Coaching is a natural extension of that work.
Over time, I realised that sustainable change in institutions or in individuals begins with how we relate to ourselves. The internal patterns we carry shape our decisions, confidence, leadership, and relationships far more than we often admit.
While my primary career remains in development still, I am now building my coaching practice with the same rigor and depth I bring to my professional work.
I am currently completing my coaching practice hours and offering a limited number of pro bono sessions as I deepen my practice.
While these sessions are offered at no cost, they are conducted with the same seriousness, structure, and depth I bring to my professional work. I ask only that you come prepared, present, and willing to engage fully.
