I nurture my products from conception to launch and beyond. When it comes to managing my products, I'm constantly on the lookout for ways to make them bigger, better, and more successful than any other product out there. And just like how a mom can spot a lie from a mile away, I can spot a product issue from a single bug. I have to balance the needs of all my little kids... er, I mean, departments. The designers are like my creative children, always drawing pretty pictures and dreaming up wild ideas. The engineers are the logical ones, always questioning everything and making sure everything works just right. And don't even get me started on the marketing team. They're like the kids who always want to be the center of attention, But let's not forget the most important part of being a mom - multitasking. I'm a pro at juggling a million things at once, from dealing with developers to testing user experience to making sure my kids don't burn the house down. I have to be patient, and understanding, and occasionally use a little tough love to get everyone working together. But at the end of the day, it's all worth it, because when our product finally goes out into the world, I can sit back and say, "That's my baby, and it's making me proud."
