I am a Product Executive passionate about launching and scaling products at Amazon, Microsoft, Yahoo, Zynga, Lyft, and Shipt, impacting $Billions of P&L. I am passionate about solving audacious problems through a principled, outcome-oriented, and collaborative approach. In my current job, I lead a team of 12 Product Managers, some of who are managers of managers. I mentor and coach people in my own teams, and like to share my experience and coach people externally as well. I am skilled at product leadership, building and leading teams and large products, setting vision and strategy, working with qualitative and quantitative data, coaching/mentoring, business operations, engineering, and public speaking.
